I do badly with naps. I end up sleeping too long and fucking my sleep schedule up even more.

me too. my "naps" last 2-4 hours. a couple of weeks ago I laid down for a "nap" because I wasn't feeling well and woke up 12 1/2 hours later.

I never feel better after a nap either. Makes me more groggy and cranky.
