Legal Highs

God it's dead here

This was vaguely interesting:

Apologies to the US crew, should be able to use a proxy if you are that interested

Apart from a few things that pissed me off (the whole "herbal = good, "chemicals" = bad" schtick that everyone was peddling was a bit idiotic, and the general BBC tactic of "oh wow, you said something really obvious, i'm going to walk off and look all shocked and claim i didn't know how serious this all was" ) it was all right. Oh yeah and comparing salvia to a lot of the others was dumb as well.

Would be interested to hear if any of you guys were into these things, can't say i'd ever touch them to be honest, sound dangerous at worst, and useless at best, but it's still a pretty fascinating world I don't really know a whole lot about.

I heard salvia was pretty fucked up stuff, but not as bad as datura (the drug not the DF guy). Friends of mine that gave up doing chemicals ended up doing loads of ephedrine (which I think is banned now).

Quality of all drugs at the moment is shite from what I can gather. MDMA powder seems to be cut with sugar from the last batch I tried, coke doesn't even seem to pretend to be cut with anything vaguely cokey (speed, teething powder, etc). Mate had some base speed which wasn't even close to what I can remember (which may be a good thing).

Only thing which doesn't seem to be cut with anything at the moment is ketamine (which seems to be the new weed by how popular it is amongst people I know). Heard crystal meth and angel dust are starting to appear as well - good to see prohibition moving people onto even shitter drugs
